Just in case you were wondering, Sasha does NOT have the ability to communicate with animals (any more than the rest of us do anyway)...
Apparently bears are actually quite shy and sensitive animals. If they are angry, it's probably because something threatened them, like say, another bear, or a little boy hurling apples. So maybe this poor bear has been getting a bum rap. I don't know. All I know is he's not going to be much help here.
There are only very few animals that are aggressive by nature. In fact, the only kind of animal that attacks completely unprovoked (hunger counts as provocation in this case) seems to be the human.
Depending on your definition of provocation, humans are just as provoked as any other creature… Some other animals get hells of ornery if they just happen to see you in their territory.
