I'd like to talk about the comic a bit today. I've been planning out this story, in particular, since I was literally 12 years old. That's 16 years (you do the math). I'm not an advocate of the "you must kill your darlings" method preached by many - if you have a story you want to tell, I think you should just tell it. To be fair, this story you're reading now is different from what my pre-pubescent mind conceived, and that's ok. It's gotten better, it's grown, become more concrete. I've gotten to know the characters and thought about what they would do. I'm still not 100% sure of every little detail, but I do know what major points I'd like to hit.

One piece of advice I would give anyone who would like to draw comic or write stories is to just do it.  When I was 12, or 15 of even 22, I thought "I'm not good enough yet to do my story justice".  But then one day I realized, I wasn't going to get any better unless I stared getting it out of my brain and onto paper.  If even one person reads and enjoys this comic besides me, then that's so amazing to me.
