This is the SECOND page of the two page update (pgs 21 and 22). the chapter will wrap up next week and then we'll be on a short break through the holidays!
Haven’t they’ve been to snow lands just recently?
Are the climate zones really that small in your world, have they really already been moving that far without us noticing (I’m talking weeks/months here) or was the snow land just because it was a mountain area and the basic climate all around is a lot warmer?
In real world equivalents I’m kinda thinking about the Alps here.
To the north the (somewhat cold) Germany, the (really cold) Alps and to the south the (rather warm) Italy.
And yes, I know there’s Austria between those two countries. 😀
it’s a combination of those things – they walked pretty far from when they left the mountains, before they came across the attack birds, then further when they got to the burned out city, and further still until the bridge – but also this world is much geographically smaller than ours! Also it would be really boring to see them walk that far so *hand wavey timey wimey*
Preaching to the choir here.
As you may remember, I’m a writer myself and sometimes the crew just needs to get from A to B which may well take weeks without anything important happening (can’t have a bandit raid at every town they pass after all), so I like to skip those timespans too.
But then again, with all that idle time on their hands, all sorts of important things may happen…not in terms of the plot, but much rather in terms of the party dynamic and/or relationships.

Though we didn’t miss much on that front, did we?
I love Matt Smith’s Doctor.
It may not be the point of this page, but I am really digging all the hair-styles!
I’ve just notice. Our goal is now Argolia.
And I love it.
