I spent some time thinking about whether or not a bird could still fly with a backpack and the answer is probably no but it looks pretty cute it's ready for back to school.
(also, if you're interested, today's page is the 500th page of the comic! excluding color pages and bonus pages. wow what the heck)
I think there’s a reason why carrier pigeons have the messages attached to their feet, but yeah, it does look pretty cute.
Plus, it could well be a magical bird, who doesn’t have to obey the laws of physics quite as strictly.
Why, it could well be the princess in disguise wanting to see the reactions…Rose was that fairy princess, right?
My memory is so terrible with names.
Also: Congratulations on 500 pages.
I’ve seen quite a few comics fall short of that mark, because they became to busy with life/discouraged from the low response count.
Glad to see you’re pulling through.
There’s so much story left to tell after all. 🙂
How did the bird find them?!?
That is a very good question actually.
Though I guess it is not very hard to find their trail if you know what to look for…you know, what with the traces of Chromancy everywhere and falling castles etc.
But I stand by my idea, that the little birdie is magical and that’s also how it found them. 🙂
I figured magic would be the answer.
Which made me think of the Creationist dubbed over science video on Family Guy where the dub narrator just says “Gooooooooooooooooooooooodddddddddd” over a big long explanation.
Which made me chuckle 🙂
